Welcome to San Diego!

Verve: Energy and enthusiasm in the expression of ideas, especially in artistic performance or composition.

We’ve got energy and we’ve got enthusiasm – so it must be The Special Event!!!

We will kick-off the week of education and networking with the energy and enthusiasm that only the Opening General Session can bring. Let’s celebrate another year of being part of this wonderful industry.

During the Opening General Session we will recognize some major successes our industry has accomplished this past year. The Opening General Session is just the beginning of a fabulous week – so bring your verve.

Following the OGS we will open the exciting 2009 Special Event Tradeshow floor. This year promises to be the largest tradeshow floor ever with the most companies exhibiting and the largest group of attendees.

Make sure you’re part of it – it’s too important to miss.

NEW PROCEDURE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please note Willcall at the Showcasing Event is ONLY for tickets that have not previously been picked up at registration. Willcall tickets must be picked up only on the day of the Showcasing Event with the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a state issued picture ID. On the day of the Showcasing Event, all applicable tickets must be picked up at the same time at Willcall. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Willcall because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund. If your Showcasing Event ticket has been picked up and printed at registration, there will be no reprints and admittance will not be granted if your ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. A ticket is a revocable license. Show Management may, without a refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for noncompliance with these terms or disorderly conduct.
